BUILDX.DIGITAL ("we", "us", "our") provides digital services including website development, app development, digital marketing, and related creative and technical services. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our packages and services.

Service descriptions, features, and package inclusions are shown on our website at the time of booking. Package contents (for example Basic, Premium, or Ecommerce website packages) may include design, development, domain, hosting, payment gateway setup, and related deliverables as listed on the relevant service page.

We may update package features or pricing from time to time. The features and price applicable to your order are those displayed when you complete payment.

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment of the full package amount via our payment gateway (Razorpay or other providers we use).
• You must provide accurate business and contact details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay delivery.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are payable in full at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials.

• After payment, we aim to contact you for a consultation within approximately one hour during normal business hours.
• We will share a draft or initial version for your feedback. Reasonable revision rounds are included as communicated for your package; additional major scope changes may be charged separately.
• Timelines depend on timely feedback, content, and materials from you (logos, product lists, photos, copy, domain preferences, etc.). Delays on your side may extend delivery dates.
• Domain registration and hosting, where included in your package, are registered and set up on your behalf. They remain subject to availability of the preferred domain name and the terms of the domain/hosting provider. Upon request after full payment, domain and hosting can be transferred to your own account or registrar so that you have full ownership and control.

• Provide accurate information, content, and approvals when requested.
• Ensure you have the right to use any logos, images, text, or other materials you supply.
• Use the delivered website and services in compliance with applicable laws and not for illegal or harmful activities.
• Keep login credentials for admin panels, hosting, and related accounts secure.

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the custom website and deliverables created specifically for your business under the agreed package. We retain the right to reuse general methodologies, code libraries, design patterns, and non-client-specific assets. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins, and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.

Packages include the features listed at the time of purchase. Requests that go beyond the agreed package (for example additional pages, custom integrations, or major redesigns after approval) may be quoted as extra work. We will inform you of any additional cost before proceeding.

• Because services begin soon after payment (consultation and project setup), fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.
• If we are unable to deliver the core service due to our own failure, we will work with you on a fair remedy, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.
• Domain and third-party fees already incurred are typically non-refundable.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting us first may result in suspension of ongoing work until resolved.

Your project may depend on third parties (payment gateways, domain registrars, hosting, analytics, social platforms, SMS/email providers). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or fees charged by those providers. Their terms apply in addition to ours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUILDX.DIGITAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a package is limited to the amount you paid us for that package.

You may not misuse our website (including attempting to breach security, scrape content at scale without permission, or submit false information). We may restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.

We collect and use contact and business details you provide to deliver services, process payments, and communicate about your order. Payment data is handled by our payment partners. For questions about how we handle personal data, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new bookings from the date it is posted. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future orders.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the competent jurisdiction where we operate shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
